Athletic Registration

Please read and follow the steps below carefully to be fully registered.

 

STEP 1: 

Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office.

Physicals are good for 3 years from date of your last physical.

(If you are unsure of your students physical expiration date please call the WEM Athletic Office, 507-362-4403)

Once you have your physical completed and signed by a doctor, please turn it in to the WEM Athletic Office. (At this time do not try to upload a file when completing the Registration Form in Step 2 below.)

 

STEP 2:  

Fill out and submit the Online Registration Form (includes all necessary forms). 

"NEW USERS" icon (below) is for families that have NEVER used this site before to register any student within their family.  You will need to know the student's ID number (lunch number - 4-digit year of graduation followed by 3-digit id number ... example "2015025"). Do not make up an ID number!  If you or your student do not know or remember their number, or are a new student and have not set up an ID number yet, please call the WEM Athletic Office, 507-362-4403 for help.

If you previously registered any student within your family (including last year or 2015-16), you should choose the icon "RETURNING USERS" (below).You will first need to "log in" using the email you used as your username. and the password you set up. If you do not know which email (username) you used to set up the account please contact the WEM Athletic Office (507-362-4403). If you can not remember your password you can make a new one using the prompts provided. Once logged in all demographic information will appear, be sure to make any necessary corrections.
